Cute AND Cheap? Am I Dreaming?

The answer is no! It's the truth; I saw the cutest pair of ankle boots at Wet Seal today, for only $26.50! I couldn't get them, though; my mom was rushing me out. But, as always, I figured you guys would appreciate me letting you know about them! Please let me know your opinion on the boots!
